Equipment operating conditions:
1. The reducer is allowed to be used in a continuous working system, the working environment is non-corrosive, and it is allowed to run in both forward and reverse directions; the working environment temperature is -40~45℃. If it is lower than 0℃, the lubricating oil should be preheated to above 0℃ before starting.
2. The rated speed of the input shaft is 1500 rpm. When the input power is greater than 18.5 kW, it is recommended to use a 960 rpm 6-pole motor; the output shaft should not bear large axial force and radial force. When the axial force is large, other measures should be taken; the circumference of the gear transmission The speed must not be greater than 20m/s.
3. The working position of the reducer is horizontal. During installation, the maximum horizontal inclination angle is generally less than 15°. If it exceeds 15°, other measures should be taken to ensure adequate lubrication and prevent oil leakage.
It is a good sign that there are certain restrictions on the use of reducers, otherwise it can easily lead to accidents. In order to ensure that the equipment can work normally for a long time, strict inspection, maintenance and upkeep should be carried out regularly, which can not only avoid hidden dangers endangering the personal safety of operators, but also effectively extend the service life of the equipment.
