Hard tooth surface reduction motors mainly include parallel shaft series products and vertical shaft series products. Parallel shaft reduction motors are manufactured according to industry standards (GBl9004-88). It mainly includes four series of products: ZDY (unipolar), ZLY (secondary level), ZSY (third level), and (fourth level). The vertical shaft reduction motor is manufactured according to industry standards (JB/T9002-1999). The transmission system with the input shaft and output shaft arranged vertically mainly includes three series of products: DBY, DCY and DFY.
Scope of application of hard tooth surface reduction motor:
(1) The input speed ratio is generally n, ≤1500r/min.
(2) The speed on the circumference of the transmission gear shall not exceed 20m/s.
(3) Office environment - 40~50℃. If the temperature is lower than 0℃, the grease should be heated to above 0℃ before operation. Geared motors are available for operation in both directions.
(4) It can be widely used in industrial sectors such as metallurgical industry, mining, chemical plants, decorative building materials, hoisting, transportation, textile industry, paper industry, instruments and equipment, plastics, rubber, engineering machinery and equipment, electric power, etc.
1. The fast shaft speed of the hard-tooth surface cylindrical gear reduction motor shall not exceed 1500 rpm.
2. The peripheral speed of the transmission gear shall not exceed 20m/s.
3. Working temperature is -40-45°C. If it is below 0°C, the grease should be heated to above 0°C before operation.
Features of hard tooth surface reduction motor:
(1) Key parameters such as core distance and nominal reduction ratio are designed for reliability. The key is zero and the components are interchangeable.
(2) The transmission gear is made of high-quality carbon steel that has been nitrided and heat-treated, and the tooth surface strength reaches HRC54-62.
(3) Small size, light weight, high precision, large load-bearing capacity, high efficiency, long service life, high stability, stable transmission system and low noise.
