The assembly accuracy of new products generally includes: distance accuracy between parts, mutual position accuracy, mutual coordination accuracy, movement accuracy, touch accuracy, etc. At the same time, new technical standards such as pressure test, leakage test, balance, and stability should also meet balance, sealing, and friction requirements. In order to achieve the specified assembly accuracy, the specific assembly dimension chain should be calculated. Assembly technical requirements for reduction motors
1. The assembly, zero assembly, and assembly processes of the reduction motor must be arranged in the order of the processing process and cannot interfere with the processing process. If the intermediate transmission gear of the shaft is not installed, the rolling bearing at the shaft end must be assembled first.
2. Parts that have not passed the technical acceptance and acceptance inspection and have not been printed and painted cannot be assembled.
3. It is best not to correct all mating surfaces during installation. Specified parts, such as keys and keyways, are excluded from repairs.
4. Before the roller bearing is installed on the shaft, it needs to be heated to 8011°C in paint, and then the thermal deformation is measured. The force should be transmitted through the inner ring of the roller bearing. When assembling, mount the unprinted side on the surface of the support point.
5. The mating surfaces of the reduction motor cover and the motor shaft should not be completely sealed with gaskets.
6. Clean the parts before installation, clean the roller bearings with diesel or high-quality detergent, and blow dry with compressed gas.
7. Test run the reduction motor after assembly. The trial running speed should be close to the rated speed of the reduction motor. It is prohibited to add wear-resistant materials and residues to the grease during the trial operation phase. The contact ratio of the tooth surface should meet the requirements of the standard grade.
8. After the reduction motor passes the acceptance inspection, the technical inspection unit will print out an identification certificate. Reduced motors that have not been inspected and meet the requirements cannot be assembled by machines and labor warehouses. Reduced motors packaged as finished products should have inspection certificates and installation and maintenance instructions.
