When the step angle of the stepper motor cannot meet the usage conditions, a subdivision driver can be used to drive the stepper motor. The angle control stepper motor power amplifier is the most important part of the drive system. The torque of a stepper motor at a certain speed depends on its dynamic average current, not its quiescent current. The greater the average current, the greater the motor torque. To connect to larger average currents, the drive system needs to overcome the motor's back-EMF as much as possible.
Therefore, different driving methods are used on different occasions. So far, the driving methods generally include the following: constant voltage, constant voltage series resistance, high and low voltage driving, constant current, subdivision, etc. In order to maximize the dynamic performance of the motor, signal distribution and power amplification constitute the drive power supply of the stepper motor.
The linear screw stepper motor uses the stepper motor as the rotational power source and converts the rotational motion into linear motion through screw transmission. A precision ball linear screw stepper motor can replace the cylinder in some situations to achieve the advantages of accurate positioning, controllable speed and high precision. Linear screw stepper motors are widely used in manufacturing, precision calibration, precision fluid measurement, precision position movement and many other high-precision requirements.
The pulse frequency at which the linear screw stepper motor can start normally under air cutting conditions. If the pulse frequency is higher than this value, the motor can start normally, but it may cause out-of-step or blocked rotor. Under load, the starting frequency should be lower. If the motor is to rotate at high speed, the pulse frequency should have an acceleration process, that is, the starting frequency is low, and then rises to the required high frequency at a constant acceleration. Fluid magnetic stepper motors are generally two-phase, with small torque and volume, and the step angle is generally 75 degrees or 15 degrees. Linear screw stepper motors are widely used and have very significant characteristics to meet people's needs.
