How to use lubricating oil correctly for right angle reduction motors

1. Under normal temperature conditions, right-angle reduction motors usually use 40# or 50# mechanical lubricating oil to moisturize. In order to better improve the characteristics of the reduction motor and increase the service time, it is recommended to use 70# or 90# engine oil with hydraulic oil. You should also carefully consider how the lubricating oil works during high temperature testing and low temperature testing.

2. When installing the right-angle reduction motor, the gasoline pump must be firmly installed to avoid damaging the components.

3. When refueling, you can open the air change cover on the upper end of the motor shaft to refuel. When the oil is drained, the oil filler under the motor shaft is replaced, releasing the waste. Right angle geared motors are not lubricated internally when exported from the factory.

4. Run for 100 minutes at a time, and replace with new oil (and clean the internal waste liquid) after continuous operation. During practical experience, frequent cleaning and oil replacement (for example, 3-6 months) has a key impact on increasing the service life of the period. Lubricating oil should be filled frequently throughout the application process.
