A brief introduction to worm gear motors

Before use, check whether the type structure, center distance specification, transmission ratio, input shaft connection method, output shaft structure, input shaft and output shaft direction, and rotation direction of the reduction motor meet the usage requirements.

Inject the appropriate type of lubricant according to "Select Lubricant" on the sample. After refueling, tighten the exhaust cap on the top, remove the small cone plug on the exhaust cap, and the reduction motor starts running. It is necessary to select the appropriate brand of lubricating oil, control the appropriate amount of oil, press the oil in time according to the regulations, and pay special attention to replacing the new oil 100 hours after the first use.

If any abnormality occurs during use, the machine should be shut down for inspection in time. You can refer to the "Causes of Failures and Solutions" for handling. (The maximum oil temperature can reach 95°C. Under this temperature limit, as long as the oil temperature does not rise, you can use it with confidence).

Before using the worm gear motor, inject N220-N320 (ambient temperature -300°C-40°C) or N320-N460 (ambient temperature 25°C-65°C) lubricating oil higher than the center point of the oil mark, and clear the ventilation Small conical plug on cap. After the first 100 hours of use, replace with new oil every 2500 hours.
