Introduction to commonly used reduction motors for mixing equipment

Stirred vessels are often called stirred tanks (or stirred tanks), and when a stirring device is used as a reactor, it is also called a stirred tank reactor, and sometimes a reactor.

The structure of the kettle body is usually a vertical cylindrical shape, and its height-to-diameter ratio is mainly determined by the height-to-diameter ratio of the liquid in the container and the charging coefficient during operation. 1. Gear reduction motor. This series of single-stage reduction motor can be used as a speed ratio of 1/200, up to 1/2000, or even higher. The advantages of gear reduction motors are smooth operation, higher efficiency than turbine reduction motors, and moderate price. Good quality, low price, and many brands.

2. Turbine reduction motor, this series is divided into cast iron and aluminum alloy. The center height of cast iron turbine can reach about 350, and the center height of aluminum alloy can reach about 90. If it were any higher, it would not be very safe. Compared with gears, worm reducers are less efficient but have a self-locking function. In some cases, a turbocharger must be used.

3. SEW series reduction motors. SEW is the world's number one brand of reduction motors. It has four series, most of which are used in large equipment and are quite expensive. But now there are many imitation SEW manufacturers in China. If you use SEW series products, you don’t have to worry about the versatility.

4. Planetary reduction motor, this series of reduction motor is a high-precision reduction motor. The highest accuracy that can be achieved internationally is 1 arc minute. It is a commonly used product for standard machines in today's society.

5. Cycloidal pinwheel reduction motor, there are many domestic manufacturers making this series.
