Things to note when operating the servo reducer

1. Do not hit hard: When installing couplings, pulleys, sprockets and other components on the input shaft of the reducer, do not use indirect hammering to stop the operation. Since the input shaft structure of the reducer cannot withstand the impact of axial hammering, the shaft end screw can be used to compress the joint.

2. Mitsubishi servo reducer needs to install a ventilation cover: When using the reducer, be sure to replace the blockage on the top of the reducer with the exhaust screw. The purpose of replacing the exhaust screw is to ensure that gas is still present in the reducer during its mission. Otherwise, under the action of the reducer, the gas in the reducer will adhere to the engine for a long time, lowering the temperature, causing damage to the oil seal of the reducer, and causing oil leakage from the reducer.

3. Changes in servo reducer lubricating oil: The user determines the amount of oil injection according to the size of the reducer model. Operation should be carried out strictly in accordance with the reducer application instructions. If the reducer is placed in a harsh environment, with high temperatures, and the task area is subject to heavy dust, make sure that the lubricating oil stops local reflection every 12 months as local reflections may change.
